Livey

Livey is currently in training. Through our imprint training program, she is learning her basic commands, including sit, down, come, stay, leave it, watch me, and place. She will be crate trained and well on her way to being house trained.

Livey will be fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and will come with a 2-year health guarantee.

Here is what her trainer has to say about her:
Livey has a personality that’s ten times bigger than she is. She walks into every new situation with a bounce in her step and a happy, outgoing attitude. Her goal is to be friends with everyone she meets people and dogs alike and she’s always ready to hand out kisses. She definitely has a moderate amount of energy and likes to get a few zoomies out before settling, but once she does, she’s able to focus and relax nicely. She’s very willing to learn, is food-motivated, and truly wants to please her handler. I’ve also noticed that as low-arousal activities are added into her routine, she’s getting quicker at settling and staying calm.

Livey has a very sweet and cuddly side. She loves being held and snuggled, mirrors the energy of whoever she’s with, and really enjoys that quiet cuddle time at the end of the day.

She is making progress with her crate training. She can be a bit more vocal at first and sometimes struggles to fully settle on her own, but she sleeps through the night without a peep and continues to improve during the day as she adjusts to a consistent routine. She does very well in the car and often curls up and falls asleep in the back seat. She loves other dogs of all sizes and ages, and she’s been great with my cat as well. She is happy to wrestle and play when loose in the house. Overall, she’s a very social, people-oriented puppy.

I think Livey would thrive in a home that provides structure, engagement, and attention, whether that’s a single person or a family. She would be especially well-suited to a home with kids and/or other smaller or more laid-back dogs, and I truly believe she has the potential to grow into an incredibly loving, well-mannered companion.
