Visitation Policy
Absolutely no one is allowed entry to the kennel unless they have scrubbed-in beforehand and are wearing the appropriate clean kennel shoes and scrubs. For the health and safety of our dogs, clients are not allowed to interact with any dogs in the kennel, and tours of the kennel are not given. If you want to see the facility, we have provided a virtual tour below.
Pick-Up Policy
You will receive an email confirming the date and time for you to pick up your puppy. Please take time to review the email and bring the recommended items with you. The kennel is a busy place that’s bursting with excitement on puppy pick-up day, so please be punctual as the session will begin at the time specified in the email. SwissRidge owner, Sherry Rupke, will review a comprehensive package of information with you and will give you time to ask questions before you receive your puppy.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please use caution and drive at a reduced speed when entering the SwissRidge property.
Shipping Policy
We have been safely shipping puppies around the world for decades, so don’t let distance prevent you from applying for one of our puppies! We have experienced very few issues over the years as the process is quite smooth and effortless.
If you live in the United States, please click here for information on how to apply for early CDC approval. If you don’t want to apply for early approval, you have the option of leaving your puppy with us for two months of imprint training (at an additional fee). Flights are booked approximately seven days before the agreed-upon ship date. Flight details and any additional information will be provided to you via email.
