Stanley
Male Mini Australian Labradoodle - 4 months training
Stanley is an Australian Labradoodle! He is currently enrolled in our imprinting program and is learning the commands sit, down, come, stay, leave it, watch me, place, and loose-leash walking (see video below). He is also learning puppy manners, as well as house and crate training. Our trainers work on handling exercises with the puppies and help them become comfortable with grooming.
Stanley is microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, dewormed, and comes with a 2-year health guarantee. Both of his parents have completed all required health clearances, which can be viewed on our website.
While Stanley is in training, you will receive weekly updates from his trainers. At the end of the program, you will receive a final report, a training schedule, and training videos demonstrating everything he has learned. You will also receive an in-depth training course designed for owners. This course teaches you how your puppy was trained and how to maintain and build upon the skills he has learned. The course is valued at $1,350 and is only included with puppies enrolled in our training program. It is sold separately for all other puppies.
Here is information about Stanley’s personality from his trainer:
Stanley is a sweet, gentle, calm, and affectionate puppy with a loyal personality. He creates strong bonds with his people and loves being close to his family. If you’re looking for a puppy who wants to be by your side, Stanley is your boy. He’s always curled up at our feet when he is out of his crate, following us from room to room, or happily snuggled in our arms. He absolutely loves being carried and cuddled and has a very loving nature.
Stanley can be a little more reserved when he first encounters new situations or environments. He likes to take a moment to observe and process things before jumping in. We are introducing him to a wide variety of people, places, sounds, and experiences to help him mature into a confident and well-balanced adult dog.
We have two young children in our home so he is used to small children. He has been doing a great job learning how to play gently with little humans.
Stanley gets along well with other dogs, although he prefers dogs with good manners. He can take a little longer to warm up to more boisterous dogs, but once comfortable, he enjoys their company. He also lives with a couple of dog-loving cats that he absolutely adores.
Stanley is doing very well with both his potty training and crate training. He settles quickly in his crate and is quiet and content overnight as well as during scheduled crate times throughout the day.
Stanley would thrive in a family looking for a calmer, gentler puppy rather than an overly outgoing social butterfly. He isn’t the type of dog who would happily jump into a car with a stranger. Instead, he tends to reserve his affection and loyalty for his family. I think he would do well in a quieter suburban or country home where he will have a more relaxed lifestyle.
