Snoopy

Snoopy is a Mini Bernedoodle! He is currently enrolled in our imprinting program and is learning the commands sit, down, come, stay, leave it, watch me, place, and loose-leash walking (see video below). He is also learning puppy manners, as well as house and crate training. Our trainers work on handling exercises with all of our puppies to help them become comfortable with grooming, nail trims, and everyday handling.

Snoopy is microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, dewormed, and comes with a 2-year health guarantee. Both of his parents have completed all required health clearances.

While Snoopy is in training, you will receive weekly updates from his trainer. At the end of the program, you will receive a final report, a training schedule, and training videos demonstrating everything he has learned. You will also receive access to our in-depth online training course designed specifically for owners. This course teaches you how your puppy was trained and how to maintain and build upon the skills he has learned once he comes home. The course is valued at $1,350 and is included in Snoopy’s purchase price. It is sold separately for all other puppies.

While in training Snoopy has been a joy to work with. He is a very special, loving and sweet puppy! From the day he arrived, he was a confident, happy-go-lucky puppy, and that confidence has only continued to grow. He is the type of dog who walks into every new situation with a wagging tail and a curious attitude. Nothing really seems to bother him. New places, loud noises, busy environments, and meeting new people are all things he enjoys. He is always ready for his next adventure and is happiest when he gets to experience the world alongside his people.

Over the course of his training, Snoopy has been everywhere with me. We have spent many socializing him in all kinds of environments, and he has handled every outing amazing. One of his favourite places to visit is the mall. He has become such a regular there that many of the employees know him by name and get excited every time they see him. He loves all the attention and happily greets anyone who wants to stop and say hello. Even with shopping carts, crowds of people, children running around, and all the distractions that come with a busy mall, Snoopy remains relaxed, confident, and happy.

He has also spent lots of time at our local bus depot, which has been great exposure to loud buses, engines, air brakes, and people constantly coming and going. While many puppies can be intimidated by an environment like that, Snoopy was never bothered at all. At one of our outings to the bus station the bus driver invited Snoopy on board, lol. Without a second thought, Snoopy confidently walked right up the ramp to say hello. That is just who he is, he is confident, curious, and always willing to try something new.

Snoopy has joined me at soccer games, baseball games, outdoor concerts, water parks, and many other busy public places where he has been surrounded by hundreds of people, children, cheering crowds, loud music, and constant activity. None of it fazes him. If someone wants to stop and pet him, he is more than happy to soak up all the love and attention.

One of the most special parts of Snoopy’s training has been his visits to the nursing home. Since he was a tiny puppy, he has been bringing smiles to the residents with his sweet, goofy personality. When he was little, he would happily curl up on laps for cuddles. Now that he has grown, he may not fit quite as well, but that doesn’t stop him from making everyone’s day. He has such a loving, happy personality that people can’t help but smile when they see him.

Snoopy has also done an amazing job with his training. He loves learning and is always excited when it’s time to work. Sometimes he gets so eager that he starts offering every command he knows before I’ve even asked, hoping one of them earns him a reward. He loves to learn and has a wonderful willingness to please, which has made him a lot of fun to train.

If I had to describe Snoopy in just a few words, I would say he is full of life, personality, and happiness. He has a way of making people laugh every single day with his goofy antics, expressive face, and playfulness. He loves being part of whatever is happening.

Snoopy is the type of puppy who could fit into almost any home. Whether you are a family with children, a couple, or someone looking for an amazing companion, he would be your pup. If you’re looking for a confident, social, affectionate dog who loves adventures just as much as he loves cuddling up beside you at the end of the day, Snoopy is your boy.
