Dumpling

Dumpling is a friendly and sweet pup that stops everyone in their tracks. She is more on the energetic side but is more than capable of directing that energy into good behaviors knowing reward will follow. She loves to play and enjoys interacting with anyone and everyone, approaching people with confidence and mirroring the energy of others. She is a social pup and drawn to both people and dogs as she will happily play with dogs of all ages and sizes. She can be excitable when the atmosphere is right for it but she can also bring her energy down and relax when it is encouraged. She has good confidence and is excited to train for food, with amazing food drive and willingness to learn. She is quickly building on her focus and engagement, making it easy to transition everything she has learned so far into public settings as well. She thrives when praised for her good behaviour and efforts and is driven by the interaction she receives through training which is equally as rewarding for her.

She is more than capable of settling for pets and cuddles and has not had any issues with nipping or being able to take part in low arousal activities. She quickly settled into a crate routine and is content and quiet through the night and most of the day but she can still be vocal when there is commotion around her. She has been great with potty training in both the crate and the home.

Dumpling would thrive in a home where she is given the attention needed to build on her obedience, encourage good habits within a more active household.
