Otis is such a special little dog with a big personality. He absolutely loves to cuddle and be held, and he will happily curl into your arms, gazing up at you with those soulful eyes for as long as you will let him. It is no surprise that we call him our little snuggle bug. He thrives on affection and has a way of melting into you that makes it impossible not to fall in love with him. He is a little purse dog and is happiest when its just him and his people.

While he is sweet and loving, Otis also has a confident and social side. Nothing seems to bother him, and he is always ready to take on whatever comes his way. He enjoys being the leader and often likes to take charge in different situations. He has that classic small dog personality, very much a lap dog, affectionate and easy to spoil, but with just enough sass to let you know what he wants.

Otis also has a playful charm that makes him irresistible. He is quite the ladies’ man and has a soft spot for women, always winning them over with his sweet face and loving personality. Between his cuddly nature, his confidence, and his little bossy streak, Otis is a dog full of character and makes everyone he meets smile.
