Hammy is a stunning Toy Poodle who was imported from Europe, and he comes from one of the most impressive Toy Poodle breeders I’ve ever worked with. I have a few dogs from this breeder, and every single one has exceeded my expectations in terms of health, structure, temperament, and the quality of puppies they’ve gone on to produce. Hammy is no exception, he is a very special boy!

His pedigree is filled with Champions on both his mother’s and father’s side. His father’s accomplishments alone are remarkable: JCH Russia, CH Russia, RKF, Eurasia, and multiple-time Champion of the Breed “Golden Collar” (2016, 2017, 2019). The photos I’ve included in the slider show his father, giving you a sense of the quality and beauty of the dogs behind Hammy’s lines. His bloodlines are the kind that breeders dream of—proven, consistent, and filled with excellence.

Of course, good breeding is about more than just looks and titles. Hammy has passed all of his health clearances and is not only well-bred but also wonderfully healthy. What makes him truly stand out, though, is his temperament. Toy Poodles are often described as hyper or yappy, but Hammy is the complete opposite. He is calm, quiet, affectionate, and incredibly cuddly. He loves nothing more than curling up in a lap, soaking up love and snuggles.

Hammy has the sweetest personality you could imagine. He gets along beautifully with the other kennel dogs and adores people. He’s sensitive, gentle, and avoids any type of confrontation. Around other dogs, he’s always the first to submit, never challenging for toys or attention. In fact, he’ll happily give up his toy or even his food, showing just how patient and selfless he is. He’s the last one to eat in his group, content to wait his turn without fuss. That patience and gentle spirit make him incredibly endearing.

He’s also a little love bug. He gives kisses freely to both people and his doggy friends and has a way of making everyone feel like his best friend. While he does enjoy a bit of playtime with the other dogs, his heart lies with people. Snuggling, belly rubs, and cuddles are his favorite activities. He’s also a great walking companion and loves going on off-leash walks, sticking close by and happy just to be with his humans.

Hammy is not a fan of snow or getting his feet dirty, which always makes us laugh. He definitely prefers to stay clean! Luckily, he adores bath time and absolutely soaks up the one-on-one attention that comes with grooming. During his regular trims every four weeks, he’s the star of the grooming table. He leans into every brush stroke and basking in the pampering. For Hammy, cuddle time and groom time are pure bliss.

In every way, Hammy is everything I hope for in my breeding dogs. He is beautifully bred, structurally sound, fully health tested, and has an incredibly balanced temperament. Sweet, gentle, affectionate, and patient, he’s the kind of dog who instantly wins hearts. I’m so excited to share his qualities with the families who will one day welcome his puppies. These puppies will carry forward all the love and joy that Hammy naturally brings.
