Dempsey was bred and raised here at SwissRidge. She is out of Charm and Sully, two incredible dogs who consistently pass along their wonderful temperaments and solid genetics. From the very beginning, Dempsey has stood out for her calm, gentle nature and her easygoing personality.

She’s the type of dog who prefers to quietly observe her surroundings before jumping in. Dempsey takes her time to build trust, but once she decides you’re hers, she’s devoted for life. With the people she loves, she is incredibly affectionate—stuck to you like glue and happiest when she’s right by your side. She has such a sweet and tender soul, the kind of dog who gives her heart fully once she feels secure.

Dempsey is sensitive by nature and thrives in peaceful, slower-paced environments. She would be perfectly at home in the country or in a quiet household where she can enjoy a calm routine. She isn’t the type to enjoy the constant bustle of city life, but give her a cozy spot, a little space to roam, and people she can bond with, and she will flourish.

Around other dogs, Dempsey is wonderfully gentle and submissive. She gets along with everyone, blending into the pack without ever needing to be the center of attention. She never jumps, never barks unnecessarily, and is an overall quiet dog. She’s the kind of dog who makes life easy—content, well-mannered, and always bringing a sense of calm wherever she goes.

All in all, Dempsey is a sweetheart through and through. She may be reserved at first, but behind that gentle exterior she is extremely loyal.
