Delilah is an adorable, loving and quirky Bernese Mountain dog bred and raised at SwissRidge Kennels. She is out of Isla and Odin (please go to their individual pages to find out more about these amazing and well-bred lines).

There were 6 female pups in this litter and we kept all 6 for our breeding program. I’m happy to announce that all 6 siblings passed their clearance which shows very strong and healthy genetics in both their vertical and horizontal pedigree’s!

Here is a little more about Delilah’s personality:
Delilah is like a big, fluffy ball of happiness! She can’t ever get enough cuddles and hugs. Whenever you’re feeling a little down, she’s right there, ready to snuggle up and share her warmth. She will lay flat across your chest refusing to move and giving you so much love until you can’t help but laugh at her silliness. 

Delilah has a love for hugs, which has created a bad habit of her jumping up and wrapping her legs around our waist but who can resist the love of a Berner. She doesn’t just enjoy giving them; she’s a pro at receiving them as well and will melt into your arms. Whenever you leave the room even for one minute, she acts like you have been gone for years and is so happy to greet you. 

Delilah also has a playful side that’s just too cute to resist. She’s a bit quirky, always adding a sprinkle of fun to our day. One of her signature moves is the play bow – she lowers her front end, wiggling her tail, and looking at you with those big, expressive eyes. It’s her way of saying, “Let’s play together!” She’s like a little comedian, always ready to turn a regular day into a joy-filled adventure.

Delilah loves the snow (just like most Bernese) and when the yard fills with snow it’s like her winter wonderland. She gets so excited, diving face first, rolling and seeing how much of her body she can cover with the snow. She would rather sit out all day in the cold snow than come inside. Winter is her favorite time of year!

She also has a love for her spa days! She loves the bath (which isn’t always typical of the Bernese breed). She loves the blow-dryer, getting her nails clipped and ears cleaned. Her favorite thing of all is getting brushed. The more physical attention she gets from humans the better and she loves to be clean!

Out of all her littermates Delilah is the calmer and more relaxed one in the litter!

All in all, Delilah is a bundle of love, joy, and charming quirks. Her personality is so heartwarming that spending time with her feels like being wrapped in a cozy blanket of happiness. Her gentle eyes and soft fur have a magical way of melting away any stress. I love sharing her puppies with families around the globe and adding a little bit of Delilah’s sweet personality to some lucky families!

Dalilah has been fully health tested, and her health certificates are attached for your review. At SwissRidge, we complete thorough health testing on all of our dogs, including x-rays, DNA testing, and comprehensive physical exams performed by a licensed veterinarian to ensure we are breeding only the healthiest dogs who will go on to produce strong, healthy puppies.
