Daenerys is a stunning English Retriever who was imported from Europe along with her sister, Sansa. I’ve never had two dogs look so alike. They are truly identical in almost every way, except that Daenerys is just a touch bigger.

She was named after Daenerys Targaryen, the iconic character from Game of Thrones, and she certainly lives up to the name. Much like her namesake, our Daenerys is engaging, charming, loyal, brave, and a natural leader. There is truly nothing not to love about her. She has the type of personality that can turn any non dog lover into a dog lover. She has a calm, soft, gentle, and confident personality. She isn’t pushy for attention, but she absolutely enjoys a cuddle or an ear scratch when the opportunity arises. She is also highly intelligent, quick to learn new tricks, and eager to please.

Her full, cream-colored coat is stunning, but what makes her stand out most is her easy nature. She is one of those rare dogs who seems to have been born good. She is well-mannered, easy, and sweet without needing much direction at all.

Because of her loving, gentle, easygoing, and confident personality, Daenerys is the kind of dog who would do well in just about any family setting and her puppies seem to take on that trait as well. She is truly a joy to have in the SwissRidge program, and I’m excited to share her wonderful qualities through her puppies.

Daenerys has been fully health tested, and her health certificates are attached for your review. At SwissRidge, we complete thorough health testing on all of our dogs, including x-rays, DNA testing, and comprehensive physical exams performed by a licensed veterinarian to ensure we are breeding only the healthiest dogs who will go on to produce strong, healthy puppies.
