Charm was originally imported from Italy by one of my friends who breeds Bernese in the U.S. I later purchased her, and she came to live with me at the age of two.

Charm is the sweetest, most loyal, and gentle dog. She always wants to be close to her human and loves interacting with people she knows in a calm and gentle manner. She is more on the submissive, docile, and reserved side. She enjoys the comfort of her home and loves peaceful forest walks, but she is always eager to return to the kennels where she knows her friends are waiting. Charm is not the type of dog who enjoys the hustle and bustle of the city or busy environments. I believe this is partly because she was raised in the country, but it is also just part of her personality.

Charm is not hyper, needy, or constantly seeking attention and adventure. Instead, she is perfectly content to lie at my feet, relaxing quietly as I scratch her ears or give her belly rubs. She is not the most confident dog and needs time to get to know someone before she interacts with them fully. But once given that time, she bonds deeply and never forgets a face. Charm is very smart and intuitive, which makes her extremely easy to handle and work with. She never jumps up, never barks, and is always well-behaved. She is a dog who knows what is expected of her and how to be the perfect dog. Indoors, she is incredibly calm and angelic, while outdoors her more playful side comes out.

We often place some of our younger pups with Charm because she helps guide and raise them. She is the perfect role model, teaching them how to behave through her own gentle and balanced nature.

The best words to describe Charm are sweet, gentle, affectionate, calm, and submissive. She has produced some of the most loving and well-tempered puppies, carrying her beautiful personality into the next generation.

Charm has been fully health tested, and her health certificates are attached for your review.
