Visitation Policy

For the health and safety of our dogs, access to the kennel is strictly limited. No one may enter without first scrubbing in and wearing the designated clean kennel shoes and scrubs. To further protect our dogs, client interaction with the animals is not permitted, and we do not offer in-person tours of the kennel. However, we’ve created a detailed virtual tour below so you can see our facility while ensuring the highest standards of biosecurity for our dogs.

Pick-Up Policy

You will receive an email confirming the exact date and time for your puppy pick-up. Please read this email carefully, as it includes a list of recommended items to bring and detailed instructions to help your visit run smoothly.

Puppy pick-up day is always an exciting and busy time at the kennel, so punctuality is very important. Your session will begin promptly at the time stated in the email. During this session, SwissRidge owner Sherry Rupke will walk you through a comprehensive package of information and give you the opportunity to ask questions before your puppy is placed in your arms.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. In addition, we kindly ask that you drive slowly and with caution when entering SwissRidge, as dogs and people may be nearby.

Shipping Policy

We have been safely shipping puppies worldwide for decades, so distance should never hold you back from applying for a SwissRidge puppy. To make the process smooth and stress-free, we partner with trusted pet shippers and experienced pet nannies who specialize in safe, comfortable pet transport. They handle every detail of the journey with the highest level of care, ensuring your puppy arrives happy and healthy.
