Adopting Retired Dogs

When our dogs are retired from the SwissRidge breeding program (those not already living in guardian homes), we carefully place them into wonderful, loving families where they can enjoy their next chapter. When our retired dogs become available, we list them on our website under the Puppies section and then click on Retired Dogs.

Our retired dogs are house trained, well-mannered, and affectionate. They adore all people and are used to lots of human attention and love. Because they are accustomed to a quieter country lifestyle, we prefer to place them in calm suburban or rural homes. If you think you would have a good lifestyle for a retired dog and don’t see any available on our website. Please feel free to reach out and we can add you to the wait list.
