Pike is a SwissRidge Doodle out of Hopper and Bodhi. He is currently in our imprinting program and is learning the commands: sit, down, come, stay, leave it, watch me, place and walking on a leash. He is learning puppy manners, house and crate training! The trainers also do handling exercises with the puppies and get them used to grooming. He is microchipped, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and comes with a 2 year health guarantee. Both his parents have all their required health clearances which can be viewed on our website.
You will receive weekly updates while your puppy is in training. At the end of training you will receive a final report, with a schedule, along with training videos showing everything your puppy has learned. You will also receive an in-depth training course for yourself. This way you can learn how your puppy was taught and keep up the in-depth training they have received. This course is valued at $1350 and is only included with our pups that come with training. It is sold as a separate package with all other pups!
Here is information about Pike’s personality from the trainer!
Pike is a sweet, cuddly and generally laid back pup with an overall balanced temperament. He has spurts of energy where he will pick up everything around him but as I get to know him it is apparent his favourite place to be is on my feet or in my lap, relaxing or chewing a bone. He loves to train and has great food drive, coming out of his shell but does not become overly excited making stability an effortless process for him. With the influence of some of the more confident pups, Pike is coming to love affection and attention from others and will approach people in passing with increasing confidence, often seeking out interactions and sitting nicely as he takes in pets and compliments. He does have some reserved traits specifically in brand new environments but with exposure I am seeing him become more and more positive and comfortable with new experiences. He has been easy to potty train and has not had issues with accidents.
Pike would do well in just about any home as he has a very easy going nature. He would do well with other dogs as well!
