Jersey

Jersey was bred at SwissRidge!!! His parents are Kahlua and Jackson!

Jersey is the definition of a snuggly teddy bear, just like his momma Kahlua. He has an extremely warm essence about him, and has a wonderful, blended temperament. He exudes happiness when he gets spoiled with one-on-one time, soaking up every last bit of your attention, he gives the best hugs. Jersey can be active but can also be laid back. He seems to follow suit of the person/dog he is around. If you are up to play, so is he, but he has no problem laying in your lap for as long as you’ll let him, settling down and enjoying all the attention he can get!
Jersey gets along with any dog (male, female, big and small) and immediately will bounce around to entice them to play. He enjoys his free time in the yard to hangout with his friends. His favorite activity is chasing the ball around the yard and rushing back to give it to whomever will toss the ball for him. He loves rolling in the grass. He loves off leash trail walks and loves romping through the forest. He always checks in with us and never wanders too far on this off-leash walks. He is very curious about the world around him and all the new scents on our trail walks.
Jersey is obsessed with his house mates, and you can often find him snuggled up in a little doggie pile napping. It is so cute to see him so comfortable and happy with his friends! Jersey especially takes after his dad Jackson when it comes to his fun and playful side.
Jersey loves being groomed, brushed and bathed! He is very patient, loves his baths but brushing out of his long locks is his favourite part of the grooming process. He will lay on the table forever as long as you don’t stop brushing.
All in all, Jersey is an amazing, kind, loving, and patient pup with tons of character. He has a very balanced personality and has the most loving soul. I’m excited to share his offspring with the SwissRidge community!
